INVERTEBRATE MEDICINE, Second Edition BLOG

Invertebrate Cookies!

Invertebrate Cookie Tray
We just wrapped up the NCSU-CVM week-long Invertebrate Medicine course with it's 20 student enrollment. One of these students, Kate Archibald ('14), somehow managed to find the time and creativity to bake up a wonderful batch of invertebrate cookies! She did this after attending the annual CVM Awards Banquet on Thursday night where she was recognized with an award! Despite reservations on destroying these delights through consumption, most of the students and faculty succumbed to temptation, and enjoyed the delicious coelenterates, turbellarians, mollusks, annelids, chlicerates, crustaceans, and echinoderms that Kate created and so generously provided!
